ഏതു ഓഫീസിലാണോ ആ ഓഫീസില് നിന്നും Regular Cum-Broad Sheet of deduction
under family Benefit Scheme എന്ന Registerല് ആ ഓഫീസില് നിന്നും അടച്ച FBS തുകയും encahsment details ഇവ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് Bill Book,Covering letter
ഉള്പ്പെടെ ട്രഷറിയില് Reconciliation ചെയ്യാന് നല്കുക. (മുന്പ് ജോലി
ചെയ്ത ഓഫീസിലെ വിവരങ്ങള് അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തു ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം) .
ട്രഷറിയില് Reconciliation ചെയ്തു കിട്ടിയാല് proceedings(AnnexureX11)
and Statement തയ്യാറാക്കി സ്പാര്ക്ക് ബില്ലില്ക്ലൈംഎന്ട്രിനടത്തുക.Higher
Secondary വിഭാഗം RDD യെ കൊണ്ട് counter sign ചെയ്യണം ,നമ്മള് അടച്ച തുക
കൂടാതെ Govt Contribution തുകയും ചേര്ത്ത് വേണം ബില് തയ്യാറാക്കാന്.Govt Contribution ചാര്ട്ടും മറ്റ് ഫോമുകളും ഡൌണ്ലോഡ്സില്.
G.O. (P) 412/78/Fin.Dated, Thiruvanathapuram, 11th April 1978. എന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ( CIRCULAR )എല്ലാ ഡ്രോയിംഗ്, ഡിസ്ബറിംഗ് ഓഫീസർമാരും ഇതിൽ അംഗത്വം എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള
എല്ലാവരുടെയും അനുബന്ധം 11 ൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന രൂപത്തിൽ ഒരു
രജിസ്റ്റർ-കം-ബ്രോഡ്ഷീറ്റ് സൂക്ഷിക്കണം . സ്കീമിന് കീഴിൽ വരുന്ന ഓരോ ജീവനക്കാരനും പ്രതിമാസ സബ്സ്ക്രിപ്ഷൻ എല്ലാ
മാസവും രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം . രജിസ്റ്റർ-കം-ബ്രോഡ്ഷീറ്റിലെ
പ്രസക്തമായ നിരയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. രജിസ്റ്റർകാം-ബ്രോഡ്ഷീറ്റ് അനുസരിച്ച്
നടത്തിയ കിഴിവുകളുടെയും പേയ്മെൻറുകളുടെയും ഓരോ മാസവും ട്രഷറി
കണക്കുകളുമായി Reconciliation നടത്തേണ്ടതാണ് .
മറ്റൊരു ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് ജീവനക്കാരൻ സ്ഥലം മാറി പോകുമ്പോൾ വരിക്കാരന്റെ FBS അക്കൗണ്ട് ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി Annexure III,Advice form for Transfer of Account എന്ന ഫോമിൽ ഡ്രോയിംഗ് ആൻഡ് ഡിസ്ബറിംഗ് ഓഫീസർ വിവരങ്ങൾ അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ജീവനക്കാരാനു ഓരോ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷവും ക്രെഡിറ്റിൽ ഉള്ള തുക അറിയുന്നതിന് Annexure IV Annual Statement of Accounts എന്ന ഫോം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

സമയത്ത് ഓഫീസില് നിന്നും Regular Cum-Broad Sheet of deduction under
family Benefit Scheme എന്ന Register ല് ആ ഓഫീസില് നിന്നും അടച്ച FBS
തുകയും encahsment details ഇവ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് ട്രഷറിയില്
Reconciliation ചെയ്യാന് നല്കുക.ട്രഷറിയില് Reconciliation ചെയ്തു
കിട്ടിയാല് proceedings(AnnexureX11) and Statement തയ്യാറാക്കി
സ്പാര്ക്ക് വഴി ബിൽ എടുക്കാം.

വരിക്കാർക്ക് ബിൽ തയാറാക്കുമ്പോൾ വരിക്കാരൻ അടച്ച തുകയും ,സർക്കാർ വിഹിതം
കുടി കിട്ടാൻ അർഹത ഉണ്ട് .വരിക്കാരൻ നാളിതു വരെ അടച്ച തുകയും.സർക്കാർ
വിഹിതം കണക്കുകൂട്ടുമ്പോൾ fraction വരുകയാണെകിൽ അത് റൌണ്ട് ചെയിതു ഫുൾ വർഷം
ആയി കണക്കു കുട്ടാവുന്നതാണ് .
