Finance Department Medical Insurance Scheme for State Government Employees and Pensioners - MEDiSEP Phase II - Administrative Sanction for implementing the scheme through Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) with effect form 01/01/2026 - Orders issued.The annual premium shall be enhanced to Rs. 8237/- + 18% GST for the first policy period of 2026-2027. Accordingly the monthly premium shall be enhanced to 810/- with effect from 01.01.2026. In the case of employees, the enhanced premium shall be deducted from the salary for the month of December 2025. In respect of pensioners, the revised premium shall be deducted from the gross monthly entitlements. for the month of January 2026.SPARK Software update based on GO(P) No. 154/2025/FIN dated 22/12/2025 has been enabled -MEDISEP State Employee : 810 with Effect From 01/12/2025.
